He was not under arrest...he volunteered to fly back to the states. His
ulterior motive was free transportation. His was a false confession so
that he would be flown to the states, where he retracted a confession he
had given earlier, in Thailand. That was given to Thai police, not US
agents.

After a long break from being in the media Karr was again arrested and
jailed July 6, 2007 when he was involved in a domestic argument at his
father's house in suburban Atlanta. The argument was between Karr, his
girlfriend and his father. He was charged with battery and obstruction of
a 911 call and released. Karr is still in the US.

Wrong. He was arrested in Colorado on a warrant from California for
possessing child pornograpic materials and extridited to Santa Rosa, CA.
He would have been imprisoned on charges from 2001, had the Sonoma County
Sheriff's department alleged junking of Karr's computer in 2002. Thus
these charges were dismissed.
