Hello Michiel.

As one whose words and demeaner I respect I say the following
on my death bed.

The department of corrections  was not the problem.

Individual police officers in this country either through ignorance,
crualty, mistaken belief in their misconceptions act on their
own without regard to due process of law.

Power corrupts.

This is I came to be a traffic scofflaw.

Essentially I came to conclusion the law did not matter as
it was so improperly and wrongly enforced.

I was crippled by a tailgating officer at .6 metres
for over ten blocks on U.S. 19. while riding a motorcycle.

Never been more terrified in my life when I wound up boxed in 
between cars all around me so I, justifably in my mind jumped the median
while performing a instantanious 180 degree turn.
In my mind it was completely clear I was imminent threat of death
and nothing over the years has even detracted fromn my arriving at that
reasonable conclusion.

Shocked myself in accomplishing it as I'd just ruled out that manauver
as impossible to execute however as the officer was 2 feet off my bumper
when he hit his overhead lights.

I'd just made the decision NOT to try something I could not imagine myself
pulling off
when hitting the lights by the officer was just the one stimulus too much
for this already TERRIFIED biker.

I was precariously balancing the the bike between the bumpers of the car in
front
and the illgally tailgating officer and could only watch the bumpers.
I'd not have been tailgaiting myself but not for the officer
repeatedly running up on my back tire or had I an option to pull over
but that blocked by the car alongside.

Did not even have time or ability to look up so I breezed through
the traffic light at 5th avenue N. never knowing if it was green or red.

Had the car in front tapped his brakes the slightest I'd have died then and
there instead
of suffering intolerable pain these near 20 years later.

Crippling pain for near twenty years.

Due to the war on drugs efficacious pain medication is often not prescribed.
by doctors more intent on protecting their licenses to practice in
this environment than the needs of a patients medical condition.

The pain and other circumstances has utterly and completely warped my mind to
the point
I have arrived at today. 

I sit, strike that.
Lay here, on a dirty box spring on the floor in a filthy apartment
with the sewer backing up so far a couple of centimeters up the wall 
in the shower stall.


In this degree of pain I welcome death however these particular
circumstances it's more than uncomfortable.
It's disgusting in the extreme.


Further.

Three police officers, Peter Vaughn, Beeler and Owens, STARTED
a fight with my former girlfriend.

Well solely Vaughn, Beeler and Owens merely backed their partner up
some minute after Cynthia defending herself had put officer Vaughn
down to the ground.
After one of those officers lost around a full minute laughing his *ss 
off before realizing Marine Corp trained Cynthia was actually
putting Vaughn in imminent risk of his life.

I mean that officer tramped into our yard on the word of one
Dana Muntz on a false police report, Muntz a convicted killer.

Then officer Vaughn first threatened to "shoot the dog" despite the dog 
never having been a threat to anyone.
He was on a heavy lead held by myself.
Then the officer grabbed Cynthia who had raised her arms
in front of her upon hearing the officers unprovoked threat.
She defended herself all too well as she had been trained.

The dog was heavily leaded, I had him euthanized in 2006 due to ill health. 
The dogs behavior record was 100 percent perfect despite his breed being 
British Staffordshire Bull Terrier ( Pit Bull)
Yes I actualy once witnessed that well behaved dog torn up by a cat
and the dog never aggressed as well as well over a dozen other dogs.

I elect and chose to make these horribly embarrassing admissions
in this public forum as it does not make a difference any longer to me.

Two lives utterly destroyed needlessly, my own and Cynthias.
