exactly... so why would we need a zone at the point when zones are done away
with? why not regions all working together in the same manner as the current
network configuration?

i still don't know who you are talking about... the only person that i'm aware
of that "scuttled the office of IC" is no longer with us...

no, i'm not... those lawsuits against you have/had nothing to do with why you
were removed from the IC position... at least one, if not two, of them happened
before you gained access to that position...

oh please... don't let your prejudice get in the way of the facts... it has
nothing to do with "non-Z1-IC"... it has everything to do with the wielding of
the position...

because of that particular IC's actions... we've had other non-Z1-ICs and there
weren't any problems with them...

no, what is on-going with the current fidonet editor is many in the rest of the
network want to have a fidonew editor that actually posts articles... look at
the history... hell, we had at least two that wrote their own articles and
published them quite frequently... at least there was some content in the
newsletter... quite unlike the majority of wasted bits we get these days :(

i'm not stomping on anyone, ward... i'm pointing out some things that you did
that a huge number of sysops all over the network saw, did not like, and so
moved to remove you from the position you were in...
