DYNDNS.ORG - might or might not be having problems ... , see my previous post 
... , but as per my previous post, so am I. :-(

As a result I am unable to comment, with regard to the DYNDNS.ORG problems.

My apologies, if I come across a little "annoyed" in the mentioned previous 
post ... , I am, and you are not at fault ...

I am tired of being exposed to the internet with only an ancient 5-6 year old 
Telkom Branded Router acting as my front door to the internet ...

It does not do reliable dyndns updates, port forwarding on it is a nightmare, 
and it lacks other functions I need, and am accustomed to ...

I am looking forward to having a Linux based firewall, internet server and 
gateway box controlling my home network ... , and doing some content filtering 
for the benefit of my 11 year old son ... , some of the places he arrives at 
while looking for no-cd patches for some of his games are definetly not 
desirable viewing content for one his age ... :-(((

Also, last night I had an unexplained and unexpected, overnight, 1Gig. jump in 
my bandwidth usage, which puts me almost 800M over my bandwidth cap, as per 
Telkom Internets bandwidth monitoring tool ...

I want that Linux box up and operating as soon as possible ... , at present, 
it looks like I will be running ClearOs on it ...
