If you worded this statement correctly, you're agreeing with me.

You would have a log-jam if you port your email in and out, while
downloading/sending TCP/UDP all at the same time you're browsing the web.

There are communities that have open WIFI all over town, all linked
together like a community radio repeater. I lived in such a place in San
Diego.

There are those too. I can scan my block and find at least 5 open WIFI
connections among the 10 or so my system can hear.
