No, because law enforcement go out of their way in the States to avoid
entrapping their suspects.  Our courts will immediately find for the
defendant if the defendant is provoked into an illegal act in any way.

Blom was not provoked to send improper pictures, was not provoked to engage
in improper conversations, was not provoked to set the time and place, and
while I have not been able to locate any data on it, I'm fairly certain the
officer that showed up was likely a first or second year officer who looked
young, and presented herself as 14 to present the sting.

Have you ever seen NBC's "To Catch a Predator"?  They have young officers or
volunteers in the house when the defendant shows up.  She'll present herself
as the person he was talking with, and the minute he steps in, he's been had.
