Remember it is *you* that originally revealed I was a cripple
when not wanting to engender the pity of those in fidonet played myself off
as the rugged biker type I once was until such time as you came across
my posting in the ask_a_cop echo relating how a Saint Petersburg police
officer tailgated me into an accident on U.S. 19 southbound in Saint
Petersburg approximately at 3rd avenue north on Nov., 10, 1990.

It was in that post I suggested the police use more judgment and caution
so as to not needlessly cripple others.

You took this altruist driven post as an opportunity to make everyone aware
of my then current status as a cripple thus beginning your now 15 plus year
obsession with stalking me.

Do you recall me privately netmailing you from fidotel where I said you
reminded of Breeze who I told "you remind me of something I once scrapped
off of my shoe?"

Do you recall your then taking that private netmail and then posting it
public in the Linux echo and then misdirecting Scott Little to have me
fraudulently banned from posting there?

Do you remember him retracting the ban when I brought this to his
attention?

Do you recall netmailing the sysop of the fidotel BBS and similarly
misleading him thus causing the termination of my user account
with that BBS based upon your duplicity?

To be quite frank with you Ross were I to know her name I think it reckless

That is and was the result of an ongoing medical condition resulting in an
extraordinary amount of pain from that cop crippling me 21 years ago
further exacerbated by the medically questionable practice of prescribing
psychotropic drugs to treat the results of a motorcycle accident or more of
how
I tghink of it a motorcycle intentional as the cop literally ran 
into an unavoidable accident.

Now that the medical condition has been properly addressed these
twenty - one years later I can get on with my life.

the cops arrested me based upon the word of either the drug dealers

I mean the instance of May 6th of 2007, you know, the one where you

brought it to my attention that the charges had been dropped
after I'd spent 69 days in Pinellas County jail?

One count of pissing on a police car ( I call that freedom of expression)
and one count of the possesion of under five grams of marijauna back in
1984 the year before  I quit smoking the stuff in deference to the
draconian laws passed by the state of Florida that put my job at risk
should my employer drug test me.
So my employment being more important to me than relaxation I quit smoking
pot.

Is this what you mean in my providing my biography?

Because this is what *I* mean about your being a two faced duplicitous
asshole who has stalked me and relentlessly demanded the very details that
you than go on to complain about.
