No doubt. Then again, the Caddy (Spec-V) motor has a supercharger. Put that on
a Z06 and you're pushing over 600hp. They did that with the Z1 Corvette, but
that just upped the price to over $100k.

Speaking of smooth rides, I don't know if Caddilac will ever be beat on that
one. They've probably held that title for longer than I've been alive. :)

I started out wanting a Silverado (I had an '02 and wish I never would have
gotten rid of it. Loved that truck) again, but couldn't pass up the deal on the
GMC. It was an '07, but my wife found it for me still on the lot brand new (170
miles on it) in '09. We went there to test drive it and they told me they would
knock off $12k right off the top. That gave me a brand new full-size truck for
$26k. With a nice down payment after that, my payments were only in the
mid-300s for 5 years. There was no way of beating that deal at the time, so I
jumped on it.

Something like that, I would buy new also. But any other everyday vehicle I
usually go back 2-4 with about 20,000-40,000 miles on them. It's a drastic
price difference.

Something like the Malibu SS and Camaro would hold their value in those 2-4
years, so you're better off buying new when it comes to future
collectors/sports cars. That and because noone was able to beat the hell out of
it before you. :)

Google came up with some results on those right away. Regarding the 140S,
you're right. Definitely something the youngsters would like. If they would
have come out with something like that 10 years ago, I might have jumped on it,
but I, too have grown out of that stage. I keep my eyes on something I can't
afford (like the Z06) so I don't end up doing something stupid otherwise. :)

You're definitely right about the 130R, though. It does look like a downsized
Camaro. While still keeping the sleek lines and agressive stance. Not too
shabby on the two new additions. Granted, these are concepts still, I take it?
We'll see what they actually look like when they're released into the wild.
