He also referred to North America, which is made up of 3 countrys. i.e.
Canada is as foriegn to the USA as Mexico is. Canadian bucks have to be
converted to American bucks when a Canadian buys something from a USA
seller. Vice versa applies to Americans who buy Canadian. Plus at some
level of cost, there is an import/export duty. Making his scenario as
equal to any European country outside of the EU.

It may have shown up sooner for all I know. All I recall is that it was a
couple of hours before the seller acked my payment.

I do...'Hello Mr Witt, how may I serve you today?' I need a wire transfer
in the amount of $$$ from my (not checking) account to XYZ company in
Small-town, Iowa. His bank routing # and the account # are, etc., etc,...'

The bank teller taps on the keys of her computer for a few minutes, says
she'll be right back. (1 minute wait) and she returns with a copy for me
to sign, then does the wire transfer right before my eyes. When it goes
over the wire is a guessing game, but it does go over the wire. After a
few minutes have passed and I have an ack in my hand that the transfer is
complete. I don't recall how much that service cost me, but it wasn't very
much. All of this was the easy part.

It took the company a week to find a hauler, another to get it loaded on
a flatbed truck and about 4 days for the less than 1000 mile trip. Wish he
had made it earlier in the month, as there was a cold front pushing
through on the day he showed up and I nearly froze my ass off getting it
unloaded.
