We cannot understand what you want to say when you use terms
incorrectly.

If Parliament, courts and judges are not part of the government -- then
what are they a part of?  The first makes the laws, the second passes
judgement on on their application.  Those two things are a central tenet
of the definition of what a government is and does.

As Robert said, then why do you do just that.  I suppose that the answer
is like the scorpion said to the frog as he stung him and they both
drowned, "It is in my nature."

It does not help communication when you refuse to check the definition,
but insist on continuing to use it wrongly.

Of the Presidency, full stop.  There are some government jobs that the
President has partial control over.  Many more that he does not.
