Easy enough.

The Arubans won't have much say in the matter, as US authorities will be
working with the Peruvian authorities and JS himself. It would be better
to live the rest of your life in a US prison than 15 years in a Peruvian
prison. JS has already realized that. And he's not even in the prison
population yet.

That would depend on what the Peruvians want to do with him. If they want
him to spend 15 years in their prison, he'll do so. If they want to see
justice done, they may decide to release him to US authorities, either now
or after he serves his sentence in Peru...

He's also very predictable. He has now recanted his confession of
murdering the Peruvian girl. Just like he did in the Halloway case.
