See; French court imprisons Noriega for 7 years. Apparently somebody gave
the French government information on the transactions going thru their
bank via Noriega's account. Which really flys in the face of your bullshit
arguement that they don't.

The problem with  your analysis is that he gave information that was
false. Thus, the charge of extortion flys.

No one is going to be in an Aruban court asking for extradition. If
anything, the Arubans, if they have any desire at all to get him back,
would have to intervene in Peru...that isn't very likely.

sealed, locked and no one can get that info from them, is a big pile of
