Which didn't stop them when they wanted to look into Noriega's bank
records. Your point being?

You have no idea what you're talking about.

That is merely known procedure here. Unless you're stupid and make
assumptions. Having a large sum of cash in your pocket is also suspect if
you come under the parview of Homeland Security or the DEA. Even local
police will hold you for questioning by a superior.

I've noticed that without me to stir things up, none of you can keep
anything going and the echo really slows down. But that doesn't really
make my day.
