Tell us about the medical device tax and with a straight face tell us that cost
wont be passed on as a hidden component of the price of the devices..

What if you got treated for COPD and refused to stop smoking?? Thats the Doctor
not effectively treating you the first time?

What about thrill seekers breaking the same bones over again, heck even
athletes???????
