I found myself unconciously reaching for the shirt pocket where I kept my
pack for a couple of years after I quit. That pocket is usually where I
kept snacks from there on.

Glad I won't be doing any such thing in my future.

Mine has returned to the normal range of 120/65...I used to be on
hypertension meds, but stopped taking them when my BP went down to
80/45...That's when my primary took me off of that med and my BP became
normal.

Wow...I was hard pressed to go through a pack a day.

That's for now. Sometimes when you reach your 60s, things begin to change
again. Your xrays may be different. Keep up the good work, but keep an
eye on your health anyway.

I used to have pleurisy and deep breathing isn't possible with that. Today
I can take a deep breath and do so frequently, just to check to see if I'm
still alive. 8^)

Nanny, nanny nanny! I quit cold turkey...three times! The last time it
was the last Tuesday in January, 1991...
