Of course not.  There are five sexes of man, not just two.

to be.  However, that does not mean that an individual of one
particular sex holds the same view of itself as the particular
sex it is.

Males have a penis and corresponding organs only.

Females have a vagina and corresponding organs only.

Pseudo-hermaphrodites have one fully functional penis,

as either a male or a female, depending on body parts.

True hermaphrodites have one fully functional penis
and one fully functional vagina, along with one testes
and one ovary, and can function as both a male and a female.

Eunuchs cannot function as either a male or a female.

This is separate from heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual,
and asexual - which are not independent or separate sexes.
