It's pretty easy to frame somebody after he is in custody.  Paid
informants, planted evidence ...

I know he was not charged with having committed any crime in regards
to the JFK assassination.  As to whether he was formally charged in
the murder of the policeman, maybe he was.  Not sure on that.  Either
way, that does not mean he had actually committed a crime.  Only that
he was accused or was a suspect.

Easy to plant evidence after somebody is in custody.  Especially
if that somebody is the somebody the secret service wants convicted
of having murdered the President of the United States.

It was Oswald's version of a sniper's rifle.

Comparing the DNA of a "dead" Oswald with the sample of the DNA
of a "dead" Oswald is always going to give the same result - that
of a "dead" Oswald.  However, how does anybody go about proving
what a DNA sample of a "live" Oswald would be if no such DNA is
available or exists?

IOW, all that was done was proving the Lee Harvey Oswald that
was placed in the original coffin was the same Lee Harvey Oswald
that was placed in the new coffin.  Not that it was actually Lee
Harvey Oswald.

Only in your dreams.  Assuming life is not a dream.  As it very
well might be.  Kind of hard to tell the difference between one's
waking state and a dream, never really knowing when one is in a
waking state and when one is in a dream state.  René Descartes
was very confused on this subject, as are most thinking people ...
