   The Atkins diet surely had a similar take, but not the scientific
background. It did not focus on the "fat scare" the same way LCHF does.

   All the above is based on what humans have eaten for the last couple of
centuries. But that's just a blink of an eye compared to the hundreds of
thousands of years that our genes have adopted to the proper fuel for our
bodies. We are *not* genetically adopted to fuel our bodies with what the
farmers produce. We are genetically adopted to what the hunter/gatherers were
used to eat.

   Why would we start from China? And why would we limit ourselves to foot
walking? We made it from Scandinavia a thousand years ago, and we sure as hell
did not walk over there, we sailed.

   Is that real football, like what the majority of this planet's people think
of when they hear it?

   Or do you mean that bastardized version of rugby, that some of your
countrymen call football even though it involves neither a ball nor foot
