Who replaced you as Z1C?  And when did that happen?

The Zone 1 Coordinator is responsible for all areas not located
in any specific zone.  As such, Guam is an administrative area of
Zone 1, the Zone 1 Coordinator being responsible for what goes on.
When an individual applies to become a member of fidonet, in this
case and individual purporting to be (or operating a system) from
Guam, the information provided on that form is presumed to be
accurate (fidonet administrators do not go around calling sysops
or anybody else a bunch of liars).  However, the Z1C failed to
verify if the information provided was correct.

Unless you were not the Z1C at the time Bill Kochman (acting as
"Jeff Snyder") sent in his/her application to become a member of
fidonet, it was you who failed in your duties as Z1C.

IOW, you made a mistake.  Not a big deal.  Except that you make
it a big deal by denying your own actions, or lack of actions as
the case may be.

Why not just accept responsibility and move on?  Bill Kochman is
an elderly man who was having his own version of fun in Fidonet.
I am not mad at him.  Nor am I mad at you.  I doubt anybody else
is really mad at Bill or you, either.  I find the entire matter
a joke, especially given his brand of Christianity.  :)

Except in areas such as Guam, which is an administrative area
of Zone 1, handled directly by the Zone 1 Coordinator.  IOW, the
responsibility was yours, and yours alone.

Bill Kochman (aka "Jeff Snyder") gave himself away long ago by
his own messages on Fidonet.  And then he went on to further give
himself away on Facebook.  And on Twitter.  And elsewhere.

Now if only Janis Kracht/Jon Justvig would quit pretending to be
the editor/publisher of the Fidonews ...
