Not a lot of difference.  If you prefer the word "seized" then replace
stolen with it -- still the same thing as far as Björn's arguments are
concerned.

The offices of the NYT are a physical thing.  Fidonews is an electronic
magazine -- no office or building to take over.  No staff to chase away.

As I said, it is not my argument -- it is the argument that Björn is
always touting to justify the theft of intellectual property.  He still
has his Fidonews electronic magazine.  Playboy still has their
centerfolds, etc.  Ergo (according to him) there is no theft.
