The two national weather stations on TV have decided this to be true and
report it as such.

BS. 70F is normal summer temps. It's when the cold storms out of the
Alaskan gulf come that far south that it gets cold. Sometimes it doesn't
go above 50F...

That's because there is no snow removal equipment, since it is unusual to
see snow in most sutheren states. You can see how that works by keeping an
eye on Atlanta, GA news.

More BS. The weather in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois comes out of
Canada. I kept an eye on their weather this winter and it was colder than
it has been in years, and it stayed that way for a very long time. I
texted a msg to my sister in Illinois, telling her how nice and warm it
was in Amarillo in the Texas panhandle. It was always 30-50F warmer, even
when it dipped down to 24F there.

The same thing for the mid-western states. It only got warmer than 30F
this past two weeks in Illinois, cold still in Minneapolis.

Heh! Minus 30F in Minneapolis and my sister's place in Illinois, etc ...
colder than it has been in a while.

In fact, it got so cold up there that it came as far south as Brownsville,
TX - where it got down to 20F at night.

This winter was colder than usual.
