Iraq had not breeder reactors and everybody knew it.

If you had read at least one paragraph from that article, you could have found
out:

For you I explain:
In Natural Uranium (100%) we have 99.27% Uranium-238 + 0.72% Uranium-235 (this
is the one that can be used for nukes).

Spent Uranimum is Natural Uranium minus Uranium-235. So I was perfectly right
saying that the Americans use Ueanimum 238 for antitank weapon. Actually spent
Uranium and Uranium 238 mean the same.

PS: As for propaganga -- you are wrong. I joked in most part. But in every joke
there is a part of truth. Let's suppose that Iraqies make a breeder reactor. In
this case they can collect American's antitank shells and produce Plutonium for
a small atomic bomb. ;-)
