There is no difference in a tail/brake/signal light, they are one and the
same on US, Asian made and those European vehicles made here. All with
red rear lights. On the front, white and yellow lights can be used with
impunity for parking and signalling.

When a foreign made vehicle is imported, it must comply with the US-DOT
requirement of rear turn signals being red, not yellow or orange.
