His term is not yet finished.  There has not been a legal election call as of
yet.  My statement was referring to things that shoiuld have been done prior to
calling an election willy nilly.

You kept harping that the election must be held because the echo rules stated
as clost to mid march as possible.  Using the wrong quotes, and missing part of
that rule.

It was not time, and the sitting moderator has not yet fallen down.

Why ask me a question to which you already know the answer.  You might want to
ask that moderator.  Perhaps she was standing?
