YEp, that it does.  The biggie was "reusable" though.  But,
as you note later, I think they're hoping one of the private ventures will ramp
up the process of testing and then they
can award the contract for regular transport of personnel
and equipment to iss, etc.

YEah that turned into an adventure.  I should post a copy of what I sent to the
coordinator for the hams as an
xeplanation of why I bugged out early, you'd like it.  SHort version, I didn't
feel like changing my mailing address to

That too!  That, and they've got the manufacturing thing
going on elsewhere.  I don't think it's as big a priority
for them now that they're becoming the world's big
manufacturer.

Sounds like fun.  I like hearing bands that can do that sort of thing.
