What gives you, or any other sysop, the right to decide what
name, or names, an individual can choose to use for read/write
access to Fidonet?

When you came into this world, your parents did not give you
a choice as to what name to use.  You were forced to use whatever
name they chose to give you.  When you became older, the state
gave you a choice to change it to something else.  But until
then, you were whatever your parents made you up to be.

Icelanders do not have a surname.  But they do have real names.
Are you going to disallow Icelanders from using your board because
you decide their names are not real?  How very presumptious of you.
And conceited.

Participants should be allowed to use whatever name they choose
to go by.  All sysops and moderators have that right, according to
Janis Kracht.  So why not everybody else?  What gives sysops and
moderators the special privilege to use fake names while others are
denied that very same privilege?

Time to do away with all those special privileges for the select
few.  Rights are meant to be shared by ALL, and denied to NONE, thus
creating a Fidonet with no elitist snobs.

When the US Constitution was first ratified, it did not contain
any amendments.  And problems quickly surfaced.  So what was done
to remedy the situation?  Ten amendments were added to make it
right.  And do you know what those ten amendments are called?
The Bill of Rights.  Not the Bill of Privileges.  Remember that.
