Nope, that's not my local; we only do UTC(Zulu)+10 -aka- Kilo time, with no DST
sillyness.  If the old telex standard was used in the early development of
Fidonet, then the date/time of -this- note would have been 132243ZOCT12.  (My
wife caught me tapping on her keyboard, so I had to stop & explain to her of
the context of my rattlings.)

Well, I have been jockeying-around with a setting in SemPoint that was found
accidently.  However I cannot blame that as I believe that the garbage was
created between our systems due to some gremlin-related malfunction.  Mucho
apologies.  I have to say that what I have been doing has been with your
interest in mind; I've been trying to find a good all-round solution to a
problem that I have no proper understanding of.  Mea culpa.

Interesting.  I have seen the Ray Mears episode on Sweden many times; it was
the longest-saved favourite on my pay-TV recorder box (near 2 years) and is now
saved instead in my media collection (courtesy of UuuToob), and playback
through a WDTV HD media player on the same TV.  I can understand that canines
play an important role in country life, in Sweden, and hence the saying.

There should be one in this note.  (I can't see it yet, though.)  I'll change
that SemPoint setting back to the way it had been for near a decade, and watch
for the next faux pas.  ;-)
