But not yet...because there is a step that was never taken to create an
Echomail Policy. As is your practice of deception with circular
arguements, that which you take out of context and that which is most
important in determining what what Policy covers.

Note the difference in capped word Policy and the word policy. Not knowing
your ass from a hole in the ground when it comes to the English language,
a noun, such as Policy 4.07 is always capped while a general term such as
'echomail policy', is always lower case.

The nuances of the English language creates a lot of doubt in what you
know and what you really don't know.

Therefore, the rest of section 9.9 states:

"In recognition of this, an echomail policy which extends (and does not
contradict) general Policy, maintained by the Echomail Coordinators, and
ratified by a process similar to that of this document, is recognized by
the FidoNet Coordinators as a valid structure for dispute resolution on
matters pertaining to echomail."

So what you've missed in P4.7, S9.9 states that there will have to be an
echomail policy that has been ratified in similar fashion to Policy 4.07
by the FidoNet Coordinators, before Policy can be applied to Echomail.
And, this doesn't mean that you can shove your EP1 down our throats, it
merely means that your zone has adopted a policy that no other zone has
accepted. And yes, EP1 was voted on here and rejected all in the time span
it would take you to make a good arguement for it. Can you say, never?

Further, continuing with the rest of S9.9:

"At some future date the echomail policy document may be merged with this
one."

Since you've been the lead blocker in all attempts to modify Policy for
the past 24 years, you're to blame for the lack of any echomail policy.

But you already knew this by what you were told about it in ZCC yesterday.

You're reverting to your extremely annoying and invalid way of thinking.

One zone, one vote is all that you're allowed.

Actually what would be more difficult to handle is in your court with less
than a 50% showing in the more recent election for FTSC members.

Meanwhile, Z1 shows a 100% voting record, even while one RC was traveling

If I were you, I wouldn't brag about a non-participating majority anymore.
