If you count a one millisecond window of opportunity every week as
"reacheable", yes then I am wrong. The official definition of ICM says
something else however.

I have but why? If he is only on-line during ZMH4, then he is incompetent in
maintaining the nodelist. He flies the ICM flag.

And yes, I have also tried a POTS connect during ZMH4. No modem...

I have let my mailer try for two weeks every half hour. How hard must I try?
For a node that advertises 24/7 connectivity?

I did. No one home.

By your own line of reasoning, that is none of your business. But, yes all the
nodes in R28 can be connected by the means advertised in the nodelist. I verify
that at regular intervals.

When the nodelist does not reflect reality, it affects us all and therefore it
is the business of all of us.
