I thought you just wanted something illegal happening in those stores. Well, if
they offer that brand, then whatever they're offering was aquired "illegal".
You've hopefully by now read the rules at the monastic site of the producers:
 
      "Westvleteren Trappist is sold only to individual customers.
       Every customer agrees not to re-sell the beer to any third party."
 
It cannot be more clear.
 
Sure, you can go on eBay and look for it, and it will be sold there ... it's
illegal. The monks fill their life with contemplation and looking for God,
littigation is not their style. [there's an Italian site selling a case of 24
for 351,50 Euro plus 62,50 Euro shipping ... illegal!]

Well ... since its a very foaming and sparkling beer ... since your 450 SL has
not properly been baptized yet ... how 'bout crashing that bottle on the hood
of the windshield? ;-) ... Please take video ... I will pay the SEK125 in that
case ... :-)

Most likely you can at some point, but it is just as legal as buying an AK47
around the corner from the trunk of a car with an Albanian license plate ...
 
My initial statement was "commercially unavailable". If it is, try ordering 10
cases ...
