 I do see a difference. The Geneva banks give low interest rates, and have a
 solid investment plan. The counytry has a sound economy, that is not based
 on local banks providing ever more money.

 You paid your taxes, Cyprus is a tax heaven.

 The property is not confiscated, there is a new tax law.

 Spending more than comes in is alway bad. But many believe, that spending
 now will return more tomorrow.
