ononononono... you're looking too deep or expecting too much... if you and i
were to set up an email tunnel, we'd simply mime, uu or xx encode the pkt or
bundle files and insert that code into the email message... at the other end,
the text is saved to a file and the necessary decoder is run to extract the pkt
of bundle file(s)... from there, its nothing any different than what is done
now...

seems to me that he's just built much of the above into the setup...

you didn't phrase it correctly, then ;)  my point was that you stated that
because a node was running radius that it was also supporting binkp when in
reality, binkp can be turned off in radius...

i dunno... that would be something in the mind of those doing such... i don't
