Ok, my apology.  I always took that

Title:        Zone 2 nodelist flags

As a zone policy.  Been there for a very long time.  If it's not an actual
policy, then 'oops'.  Can we say 'operational guideline' then?  Might be out
of date too.  Had earlier names for it mentioned in the coda.

On ERRFLAGS (the software)

Ok, seems the document then comes from the results of it.  Possibly with no
input direct from you (not clear though they credit you at the bottom among
others).

Grin, could if you feel a need, but just because I took it as a zone policy
on flags, doesnt mean others in Z2 are confused about it.

Hehehe, it was painful.  In retrospect, I should have run much earlier when
Bin Li was clearly failing but there was something left to save.  I could
have had Yijun up and running as ZC pretty quick and he might have been able
to keep the glue going.  Instead, Yijun (Lawrence Fan) lost heart and stopped
playing for too long and it crumbled.  He's been back recently and in
Asian_LINK but not for the past 2 months or so.  Running off his Z3 number.
