Ah there it is.  Ross Cassell but from Z2 direction.  if i am adding things up
right, we've narrowed the feed issue to between Ross and Malcolm? Ross has the
echo active obviously (have not seen the private echo yet today so am not able

I have a feeling he posted something, or wanted to, but didnt know of the break
in links so didnt get a reply.  That might have miffed him off a bit <g>.

Did you get the crossposted extract of one on HTML? It wasnt the full
proposition but it looked interesting.

Oh and on who might want to join as a consultant besides possibly Wulf here, I
am going to ask a friend if he would be interested.  He's a major UNIX type
geek, way over my head level.  Knows next to nothing of Fidonet politics which
is good as it will balance the others who know a little too much ;-)

The guy's been running a fidonet point and/or BBS for about 10 years now, with
only the barest shreds of any of our normal BBS software.  He's scripted his
own stuff to mimic it's standards and runs a cable (or is it now WiFi?) over
next door to his neighbor with streaming video and other stuff.  Now looking
at HTTP feeds to him for Fidonet.  Has FTP running over there fine and used to
have him running as a point off him <g>.
