Yes, maybe we should. Or maybe the powers that be should revert the ruling that
"echomail is not part of Fidonet". Maybe we should make up our minds about
wanting to eat the cake or have it...

Well, it wasn't. I don't know why it wasn't, it is too long ago, but I maybe
"it is not part of Fidonet" had something to do with it.

Well, it is one or the other, but not both. File distribution is either part of
Fidonet or it is not. If it is not, as Janis claims - then it is not the job of
the FTSC to document it.

*Proposals* have never been changed behind the back of the original submitter.
Not that I know of anyway. If it did happen, it was wrong.
