 Glad to hear of this.   I have seen what I would say in my travels
and I guess too you are well aware having seen maybe in another 
a similar view....but "tots" and no other word to describe it
in the garbage dump making a living, and dieing.

  My wife told me of something that still haunts me Bob, and
it was one of these "tot"  cutting his hand and dieing.

  I note CBC is showing a documentary on India .... so I wonder?

  Never been there...
