I have been reading very carefully and what I see is lots of smoke and
conflicting claims.

There certainly was *talk* about a move to Z6. The instigator of this whole
debate - Vladimir Donsky - surely suggested his Z6 listing was the first step.
*He* suggested there had been a vote about it.

Fact is that we do *not* know what exactly was voted on. Recent postings
suggest it was not about a move to Z6, but we do not know for sure.

Vladimir's messages suggest otherwise. You would be surprised how blind people
with a "cause" can be.

I am not the one muddying the water. Talk to Vladimir, he was the one
suggesting a move to Z6 was on the way. And your not helping either by
suggesting guesswork as fact.

You said "they voted it down", which turns out to be inaccurate. There was a
vote - about what exactly only they know - whoever "they" may be -  but it was
not "voted down" as you said. Only 45% of those who voted said no.

The vote was rejected by the ZCC because of the low particpation. End of story.

Again you are presenting guesswork as fact. We do not know what "they" want if
only for lack of knowing who "they" are.

There are some dissidents in the former USSR who wish to form a zone of their
own. They have been there for a long time. Every now and then they speak up and
the Z1 gang joins the bandwagon. They sem to love sowing dissention.

This group of dissidents appears to be rather small. That is all we *know*. The
rest is speculation.
