Ärende: don't fence me in
=========================
Hello Maurice.

19 Feb 09 22:56, you wrote to me:

wav is the "middle" step to all other formats, so if you have the original wav
or flac file, then you are fine ...

I have close to 700 ... and a cupboard full of LP's and around 50 odd seven
singles ... , and if a deal goes thru, I'll have around another 120 od cd's
shortly - a close out sale is iminent ... , and I am trying to get in, before
the crowd ...

flac is well supported, and when uncompressed, gives you a bit perfect copy of
the original wav file it was produced from ...

Let me know how that works out ...

Definitely ...

Those I use, don't have such, "fancy'ness" disabling the cue mechanism, should
not affect how the table works, tho you might need to bypass/short a cue'ing
switch or two and possibly a sensor or two ... , and use you hand to put the
stylus in the groove, and to remove it from the disk at side end ...

 MK> Always have a backup.

It helps having one when the wet stuff hits the fan ...
