35mm? Polaroid stock has been dropped for some time.

MK> Same situation here albiet for different reason(s) ... I think.

Likely, for a *lot* of different reasons. <L>

"Fun" Oh... Is that what it's called.

It looks like I still load the works, and then some:

The last I toyed with it, I was trying to decrease the screen font, but I
suspect I need some of the other cards modules for a higher resolution? But
first, I'm going to determine which machines are going to fall off the bench. I
might end up with no AGP slots left to cram the pig into. However that ball
bounces, I doubt I should end up with *three* fbs?

 > Only v4ldriver or v4lphilips found here.

MK> No composite(s)? That will make it slightly more challenging. Paul

Ta hell if I know. <L> I think I mentioned - the BBS has been down for a month
- my first HW troubleshoot is to strip out the Brooktree device in a
simplification effort, to working on the Matrox. That should take the Philips
tuner out of the equation. <Sarcasticlly>

MK> myself as I've always had audio input issues with capture
MK> cards and in the past used the line in on a soundcard

I've found the BT cards' audio all need to go externally into the sound cards'
line in, or at least an outboard amp.

MK> surprised I managed to get the video capture working so
MK> well on a bt848. I got the card for nothing years ago,
 MK> ...
MK> attached camera idea (security type dealie) it should be
 MK> perfect.

... Except, to find the software that compares frames to (hopefully) record
only the nefarious bits, and the weather if it kicks up a fuss. You have many
choices on the evil OS. In GNU, you seem to only have a choice to go without.

MK> about a guy in Langley-ish picking up the CBC HD channel
MK> with a simple dipole antenna and a usb TV capture dealie on
MK> an older laptop. He didn't give much detail on the laptop
MK> and I am guessing it was USB2.0 capable.

No, I think all USB tuners need the speed of USB 2. You might get an
approximation of Max Headroom without it at best. (See WC's tease about a
digital-analog off air DIY project.)

 > ...two loose connections on the K/V/M switch were a quick fix,

MK> You sound more and more like Paul every message.

Is that a good thing, or just a thing? <G>

 > maurice has his priorities straight. <ROTF>

 MK> Yeah right.

Maybe I should have said, "Maurice has his priorities." <G+D>
