Would never hold up..

No act or law can provide a person special rights to sue for lets say slander,
that an otherwise normal person could not sue for. Slander doesnt prevent you
from mobilizing yourself around.

Feel free to sue your landlord, city or businesses whom prevent you from
getting around or doing things as close to normal as you can. The ADA is not
meant to protect you from others whom simply disagree with you.

So if you had a case for slander, you do not have to be disabled to sue for it.
Aside from that, a few days ago, you said you are capable of "beating me up",
so one wonders if you really are disabled? You probably are disabled and your
mouth is just writing checks your body cannot cash? But this isnt the first
time you have issued threats, veiled or otherwise, in this network, is it
Wayne?

Above I said you were incarcerated, that does not mean slander because it is
true, you were in the Pinellas County Florida Sheriff's Dept jail from
Approximately April or May 2007 through early July 2007.

You suddenly dropped off the radar, which was well outside your normal posting
patterns, many of us had assumed the worst, even thinking that your stories of
having a stroke were true and that you had another one that was fatal. I even
checked the obits for your area and found nothing. (again back in 07) Earl
found you via the Pinellas County govt web sites.

You sit and judge other people self sanctimoniously and then it turns out you
have had numerous visits to the graybar hotel, you are get what you deserve
when you havent a leg to stand on.
