For the record, 13 looks like a solid keeper. 12.0 *was* a disappointment.
udev, or HAL or whatever "device" <snicker> they are using seems to be with the
program on the 32-bit rig, and I have a 64-bit DVD apparently ready to roll.

4 theater amps, with 24V rail taps on the backs... If I can restore them into
service, and diode a rail supply via a two-battery isolator in the bus, I might
run some Wattage in that cottage. Chances are better that they might provide
some dB in the basement instead. For $30, I'm pretty sure I could strip out the
transistors and recoup the cost, but thanks to the same guy that was competing
with me for these four, (He stole .5kW worth of power years ago from me.) I
could use the juice.

I've box *full*. (Did you expect anything less? B-) I didn't look at their V*A
rating, but they are medical grade. Let me know how many I should drop in a
mailbox.

Woops... These are AC-DC linear (I suspect...) supplies. You looking for the
regulation for DC-DC operation, then?

Off an automotive alternator, you may be able to starve it enough to eke out an
image. Drop the Wattage on the light, and it might be a done deal.
