You are nuts.

I'll be getting there soon as progress has once again hit the bend in the
exponential curve.

Yeah but you know I got real good at cleaning them.

Using Dawn diswashing soap deluted in two strengths for washing and after
rinse surface tension breaker rerinse.

Using a previously cleaned ( Dawn) finger work fronm center hole straight
towards
the outside, do many gentle strokes to pull up many unseen particles, move on
until you've
gone around the CD.

DO NOT at any time allow the data surface to touch anything but a coffee filter
especially a now greasy finger.

Dry several hours.
What a PITA however impatient last time I lined a pre-heated stock pot and
leaned the CDs
against a lint free cloth to speed drying.

It did, it also cracked installation disk 2 and 3 at the spindel 2 places each.
However it then went on to do a flawless install.

Not going to bother with that again.
Loop mount the ISO and go.

Saw something, not sure where but was supposed to automate that without
disturbing
displays as they switched.
Shoulda bookmarked it.

I'll know from experience in a few days.
Too simple by the looks of it.

Next couple of weeks organize what I've currently got.
Do Slack 13 2.6.32, flash-ttylinux and then get adventurous with something
else.

Another interesting looking release I saw, not sure the name, but I think it's
small core linux?
