No I can't find that at either vendor or motherboard manual however it appears 
the PCI slots CMOS selectable at 3.3/5 volt and the onboard ethernet is a 
Realtek 8111DL 10/100/1000

This is also the third revision of this motherboard which inspires a bit of 
confidence any bugs have been resolved.

I guess I need to snag the BIOS update though.

CMOS selectable either voltage 3.3V or 5V.

My ethernet card in this machine is Realtek ATL-8139/8139C/8139C+  Revision ten

5V PCI slots in this 1998 IBM Aptiva.
