If an 8M ROM disk is all I had to work with to make a liberated Linux machine
with, then I would make that limit work for me, and there would be no need to
depend on any server to do whatever unless of course I want to connect with
that server for whatever reason.  I don't appreciate anyone else's dependancies
and limitations.  They can keep them ... unless of course I want them.  ;-)

Does that make any more sense?  I think the bottomline is that if I can't make
it happen, it probably won't happen here.  That has been my experience thus
far.  I can appreciate help and advice, but hate being pushed around by stupid
packagers I never wanted in the first place (ie deb, rpm and the such). 
Straight tar and gzip have worked out well for me.  That and reading text
files.  No stinkin' pdf's and the such.  Keep it simple, etc.

I have seen those around and have been curious about them.  Certainly lots of
them out there looking to be liberated.  :-)
