True.  I gather like me, you are on most likely last assignment.  I wasnt able
to get anything from the detailor this cycle.  I was told to call back in
January.  If nothing then, I'll put in to retire which will be in August.  I'd
like to get to Europe but that seems not open just now.

Yes.  I'd aviod the VAIO over this keyboard issue.  I've had other problems
with it's keyboard setup before.  I however think my new IBM Thinkpad is very
sweet for the price and on looking to the web, I see both VAIO and THINKPAD's
take well to *NIX installs.
