I took a poll.  I said it was my estimate based upon my experience and reading.
 I guess I'm the only person in the world who has read one industry article are
another for YEARS that states "most users don't use 95% of the features
available in Office Version (fill in the blank here)".

Quit being such an emotional child on this.  You don't agree with my estimate,
Fine.  I don't give a shit, but you really don't want to get into childish name
calling on behalf of your employer.

and unprovable particularly when you assert that even though you use Office
2000 you would be satisfied with Office 5.0.  Who is anyone else to say that
you are not satisfied with the olded version you don't even use?  You would
have to be a fool to make a claim about other people's satisfication without
polling them.

  There is no conflict in the sentence above.  The conflict exists only in
  your mind.  Office 5 does have all the features needed to satisfy 95% of
  users.  The fact they use a different version that came bundled with their
  machines or something doesn't conflict with my statement at all.  People
who
  purchased a different version at full price wouldn't conflict with my
  statement.  MOST of your customers by products from you where they only
use
  5% of the features offered.  Again no conflicts.
