As usual Earl, you are full of shit and for the record Earl, one reason few
engage you in debate is your dishonesty.  That and your ability to look at
a blue sky and insist that it is green, as long as a committee of the
congress found that it was, makes debating with you an exercise in
futility.  In short, that while praising logic and truth, you employ the
exact opposite. Now, for LimpDick's quote.

From Meet The Press Transcript (03-16-2003):

"We know that based on intelligence that he has been very, very good at
hiding these kinds of efforts. He’s had years to get good at it and we know
he has been absolutely devoted to trying to acquire nuclear weapons. And we
believe he has, in fact, reconstituted nuclear weapons."

Please give us the definition of "reconstitute."  Wait, I will save you the
effort.

reconstitute
     v : construct or form anew or provide with a new structure;
         "After his accident, he had to restructure his life";
         "The governing board was reconstituted"

Now Earl, parse that sentence for me, what part of "And we believe he has,
in fact, reconstituted nuclear weapons" says he was talking about his
PROGRAM?  Does LimpDick not know the meaning of the words he is speaking? 
Is it a matter of, it all depends on the meaning of reconstitute? Or was he
merely engaging in that which he does best, lying?  I opt for lying, but
then I will always believe my lying eyes over what someone says.

Earl, tell me this, what has happened to make you become such a fervent
water carrier for these cowardly, lying bastards who are running America
into the ground?
