We should also point out that Mr. Ginsburg did nothing illegal in advising that
group.  He is legally obligated as an officer of the court to avoid conflicts
of interest between clients.  He did the right thing by resigning from the
campaign because it gave an appearance of a conflict, even though no such
conflict existed.  The Democrats don't have the ethics to do that sort of
thing, or we'd have seen his counterparts at the DNC and Kerry campaign doing
the same thing.  I suppose that's too subtle a distinction for Bob to deal with
however.  It smacks of too much honesty for him.
