The keyboard I use at times on this notebook computer is one of those
silicon roll up keyboards. On occasion it doesn't register when I hit a
key. This sometimes causes a letter to be left out in a word. That
obviously happened above. I obviously meant "bare."

Nothing I said above is "wrong." Universal health care gives only the
bare minimum.
