No, this is only for those already here. In exchange for registration, they can
work here, attend public school, get medical help. Those that do not register
will not be able to work, will not be able to attend school, will not be able
to get public medical help, will not be able to have licenses to drive, etc.
Removing any reason for more to come and allowing those who refuse to register
to be deported immediately.

You used the term wetback, John and you advocate gunning them down. Your words
speak for themselves. No demonization on my part.
